When there isn't enough time
on a jobsite to teach the fundamentals to each employee who is new to a role, Miller Construction Training’s courses provide the foundation that allows on the job training to begin several steps ahead. This allows supervisors to spend training time more efficiently, and those who are newer to roles to quickly what tasks are typically included in their role, and how to perform those tasks well.
